We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Finance & Loan Department. As part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and promote financial products such as personal loans, home loans. You will play a vital role in assisting customers in understanding their financing options and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote various financial products, including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and expert guidance on loan options.

• Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend tailored financial products to match their requirements.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.

• Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.

• Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and persuasively.

• Assist customers with the loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation and providing updates on the status of their application.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries from various marketing campaigns and referrals.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during sales and customer interactions.
