Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Inform customers about company products/services and address their inquiries.
Generate leads .
Maintain a database of customer information and update records in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
Meet monthly targets for calls and sales.
Minimum 12th passed or graduation.
Previous experience as a Tele caller, Tele sales Representative, or in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of computers .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
