Key Roles and Responsibilities

Tele Counselor / Tele caller

• Should have good communication skills

• Should speak Hindi fluently

• Inform customers about company's services

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar

• Should be able to join immediately.

Salary:

• 13k-20k in hand (Salary)

Education, Experience and Other details:

• Monday - Saturday (working days)

• 10 am to 7 pm (Working time)

• Experience/Fresher Both

• Face to face interview.

• Location – Indore

• Should be ready for Work on an immediate basis.
