Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products or services.

• Follow up with leads and provide information regarding product features and benefits.

• Address customer queries and resolve any concerns.

• Document and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

• Meet daily or weekly call targets.

• Assist in providing feedback to the management team based on customer responses.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Basic knowledge of using computers and MS Office (CRM experience is a plus).

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
