Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team and engage with potential and existing customers over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for customer interaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services

• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries

• Follow up with leads and maintain an accurate customer database

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times

• Record customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned team when necessary

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus (not mandatory)
