Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our legal services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into consultations or sales.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and call details.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate legal solutions.
Coordinate with the legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (Freshers welcome).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
Interest in or willingness to learn about legal services (training provided).
Resilience to handle objections and rejections positively.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
