Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:

   • Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads to discuss their interior design requirements.

   • Answer inbound calls and provide information about the company’s products and services.

   • Address client queries regarding pricing, designs, packages, and timelines.

2. Lead Generation:

   • Identify and qualify potential leads by asking probing questions related to interior design projects.

   • Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments or consultations for the design team.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

   • Set up appointments for interior designers or sales representatives to meet with clients.

   • Coordinate follow-up calls and reminders to ensure clients are reminded of appointments.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering excellent service.

   • Keep a detailed record of all communications, customer preferences, and project details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

5. Sales & Upselling:

   • Promote and upsell products, services, and packages related to interior design.

   • Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with potential clients and securing new projects.

6. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay up to date with the latest trends in interior design and the company’s product offerings.

   • Provide accurate and detailed information on design services, products, and the company’s portfolio.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the interior design team and sales department to ensure client requirements are understood and met.

   • Assist with coordinating client feedback or requests and communicating them to the relevant department.
