Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive to promote and sell mobile phones to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain mobile phone features, offers, and pricing.

• Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers in selecting the right mobile phone.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

• Provide excellent customer service and address queries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Good communication and persuasive skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.

• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and their specifications.
