Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for , handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and offering services or products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong customer service orientation, and be motivated to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services.

• Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Follow-up with leads and customers to ensure successful conversion or resolution of issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales or customer service targets set by the company.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone during all calls.

• Stay updated on product information, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

• Good listening skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Fluency in [English/other languages as needed].

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [specific industry or product knowledge].

• Knowledge of telecalling or sales techniques.
