We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inquiries, and promoting our educational courses and services to prospective students. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in the student enrollment process by providing information, answering queries, and assisting in the registration process.
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Make outgoing calls to potential students, parents, and other leads to inform them about our courses and programs. Handle incoming inquiries professionally and promptly.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify potential leads and convert them into enrollments. Follow up with prospective students regularly to ensure they are well-informed about our offerings.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed information about the courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures to prospective students and parents.
Database Management: Maintain and update student information, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Customer Service: Address student concerns and resolve issues regarding the enrollment process, course selection, and other inquiries.
Meet Targets: Achieve set targets for leads, enrollments, or follow-up calls as per the company's objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to provide consistent support in the student enrollment process.
