Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students via calls and messages
- Provide accurate information about courses and admissions
- Maintain and update lead databases
- Follow up regularly to ensure conversions
- Meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand student needs and offer suitable solutions
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
- Graduation in any field; experience in education counselling preferred
