Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Product Explanation: Provide detailed information about products or services and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound calls from customers, answer their queries, resolve issues, and provide information on services or products.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads and clients to ensure continued interest, schedule appointments, or finalize sales.
Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to improve services and understand customer needs and satisfaction.
Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Compliance: Ensure all calls and activities are compliant with company policies and legal standards.
