Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecalling or a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the technology or software sector.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.

• Strong persuasiveness and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients.

• Basic understanding of computer software solutions and industry trends.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
