Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to national and international customers to promote services and products.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Stay updated on product knowledge and communication techniques.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound calling tools is a plus.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in outbound calling or a related field.
Qualification
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
