Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) - Sales to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
· Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.
· Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
· Update CRM systems with relevant customer data and sales activities.
Preferred Skills and Qualification:
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
· Fluency in English Language.
· Fresher or experienced in telesales.
· Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
· Knowledge of sales techniques and customer care best practices.

12K to 15K CTC for Freshers
20K to 30K CTC for Experienced
