We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and assisting with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students.

• Provide information about services and answer queries.

• Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
