Roles and Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Sales:
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective telecommunication and customer engagement.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordination and Reporting:
Coordinate with the sales team for field visits or further follow-ups.
Provide regular reports on call performance and sales progress to the manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or sales associate (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Fluency in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].
