Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling outbound and inbound calls, and converting potential clients into business opportunities. This is a full-time office-based role requiring good communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation: Call potential customers, introduce our products/services, and generate leads for the business.

✅ Customer Interaction: Engage with clients professionally, address their queries, and provide necessary information.

✅ Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into customers.

✅ Database Management: Maintain and update customer records, feedback, and interactions.

✅ Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer engagement.

✅ Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to company policies and ensure a polite, professional tone in all communications.

Requirements:

✔️ Communication Skills: Good verbal communication.

✔️ Sales Skills: Ability to convince and convert potential leads.

✔️ Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

✔️ Work Environment: Comfortable working in an office-based role with fixed working hours.
