Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make 150+ daily calls to generate and qualify leads for liability products (CASA, loans, credit cards, etc.).
  

• Sales Pitching: Understand and pitch banking products effectively to prospects, highlighting benefits and features.
  

• Sales Collaboration: Work with the branch sales team to convert leads and close deals.
  

• Target Achievement: Meet monthly closures target for liability products and contribute to sales growth.
  

• Customer Management: Build relationships with clients, address queries, and provide tailored solutions.
  

• Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
  

• Process Improvement: Refine sales techniques and share feedback to improve lead generation and conversion.
  

• Training: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  

• Market Research: Monitor competitor offerings and provide insights to stay competitive.
  

• Customer Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering ongoing support and personalized solutions.
