Job Title: Sky Relationship Manager (Sky RM)

💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:

 Handle and service existing premium customers of the bank through

outbound calls.

 Understand customers’ banking needs and offer suitable products like Fixed

Deposits, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.

 Build strong relationships with assigned customers and maintain high levels of

satisfaction.

 Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure proper follow-ups.

 Accurately update customer details and maintain records in the banking

system.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)

 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (preferably from telecalling or customer service background)

 Age Limit: Up to 28 Years

 Skills Needed:

o Excellent communication (English)

o Strong customer service attitude

o Basic computer skills

⏰ Working Hours:

 Full-time, 6 days a week

 Day shifts only

💰 Salary Package:

 Up to ₹ 3,50,000 LPA (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
