Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – Plot Sales

Salary: ₹10,000 to 15,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team, specializing in plot sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, building client relationships, and closing deals for residential and commercial plots.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential/commercial plots to prospective customers

Conduct site visits with clients and explain property features

Coverting Leads into sales

Follow up with interested buyers and maintain client relationships

Coordinate with documentation and legal teams for property registration

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (Real estate preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Own vehicle is a plus (travel allowance may be provided)

High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented

12th pass or Graduate in any field
