Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by engaging potential clients and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Cold call & follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Explain product/service details and address customer queries effectively.

• Convert leads into sales by building rapport and handling objections.

• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.

• Maintain an updated customer database and track sales activities in CRM.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

Skills:

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and rejection confidently.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.

• Fluent in English and regional languages (preferred).

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
