Job Title: Team Leader – Credit Card Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead a team of credit card sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales executives.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.

• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Submit daily/weekly reports on team performance and sales data.

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
