The Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key client relationships, and collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, inbound/outbound strategies, and partnerships.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and sales enablement tools.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsells and renewals.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using CRM tools.

• Results-oriented with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
