Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Actively source and qualify potential real estate leads through outbound calls, utilizing various databases and marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with prospective clients by understanding their property requirements, addressing concerns, and providing detailed information about available properties.

Sales Pitching:

Effectively present property features, pricing, and promotional offers to generate interest and schedule site visits.

Market Knowledge:

Relationship Building:
