Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
Handle customer objections and provide effective responses.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and potential market trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
