Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to sell products/services or generate leads.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and courtesy.
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner.
Provide information about products and services, including pricing, promotions, and offers.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
