Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about available credit card loan products.
Product Knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of the credit card loan products, including terms, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.
Sales Pitch: Presenting the benefits of using a credit card loan to meet the customer's financial needs, whether for debt consolidation, emergencies, or other personal financial purposes.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through cold calls or following up on inquiries from marketing campaigns.
Customer Queries: Answering any questions from customers about the loan process, terms, and conditions.
Closing Sales: Encouraging customers to sign up for the loan, handling any objections they might have, and finalizing the deal.
