We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive individuals for a tele sales role to promote and sell our premium services. As a Product Advisor, you will reach out to prospective customers, explain service benefits, and help them enroll for paid memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database
Explain services and membership plans
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership options
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Build rapport with users and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly
Requirements:
Minimum HSC pass
1 Year to 2 years of experience in Outbound tele sales / BPO / voice process preferred
Freshers with good communication skills in Malyalam, Punjabi, Tamil may apply.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English
Knowledge of regional languages is a plus (Punjabi, Tamil, Gujrati, Marathi, etc)
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Willingness to work from the office (Thane location)
