Position: Tele sales Representative Location: Rohini sector 24, New Delhi Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-timeShift Timing: Day- 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PMNight-10:00 PM TO 6:00 PM Position Summary: The Tele sales Representative will play a key role in promoting and selling our Ayurvedic products via Inbound/outbound process via computer. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, educating them about the benefits of Ayurvedic products, and driving sales. You should be enthusiastic, target-driven, and passionate about contributing to the company’s success while providing excellent customer service.Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the health and wellness or FMCG industry. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and a passion for holistic health is a plus. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs. Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent.
