Job Summary:
Dr. Arora's Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into appointments, and promoting our clinic's services to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Promote and sell Dr. Arora's Clinic services (consultations, treatments, etc.) to prospective customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate information regarding the services offered by the clinic.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints effectively.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and secure appointments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in telesales or telemarketing.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to close sales and meet targets.
Positive attitude, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, etc.).
