Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products or services to potential customers over the phone. The Telesales Representative will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by generating sales leads, establishing rapport with clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing products/services and identifying their needs.

• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Present product information and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions.

• Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively and professionally.

• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for further discussions or demonstrations of the product.

• Provide detailed feedback on customer preferences and sales trends to management.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
