Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team for promoting and selling Credit Cards, Personal Loans (PL), and Overdraft (OD) products. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking to build a career in the finance and banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone to explain and sell credit card & loan products
Generate leads and follow up for closures
Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0-1 year in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Financial Products
Communication: Average English & Hindi speaking skills
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
