Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads through proactive outbound calling and convert leads into appointments for our interior design services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our interior design services.

• Understand client requirements and promote appropriate design solutions.

• Schedule appointments for our designers based on client preferences and availability.

• Maintain a database of leads, client information, and sales activities.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics is a plus.
