Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi and English

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Present and promote company products and services

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs and market trends

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th PUC or equivalent; graduates are a plus

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive, and customer service skills

Salary Details:

For Experienced Candidates:

• CTC: ₹27,000

• In-hand Salary: ₹23,400 + ₹4,000 Bonus + Up to ₹5,000 Weekly Bonus

For Freshers:

• CTC: ₹24,000

• In-hand Salary: ₹20,400 + ₹4,000 Bonus + Up to ₹5,000 Weekly Bonus

• Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday, with Sundays fixed off
