Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and are driven by results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Qualify leads and gather customer information to create opportunities for the sales team.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and providing information.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
Requirements:
Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : 15000 to 25000 + 5000 Incentive
