Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and mentor a team of debt recovery agents
✅ Set collection targets and ensure team performance
✅ Handle escalations and difficult cases
✅ Report daily collection progress and strategies

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 1-10-year Experience.
Advance excel, Excel based Macros, MS Excel VLookup, H Lookup, Pivot table, Data Analysis and Graphical representation of data.
