Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Function: Call Centre

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Working Time:

• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

• 10 AM to 7 PM office hours

• Sunday Fixed Off

Minimum Education Required:

• Minimum 12th pass

• Undergraduates also eligible (with result in hand)

Work Experience:

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• 6 months to 5 years experience in BPO Outbound Process preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Experience in Outbound Telecalling, Telesales, or Lead Generation

• Familiarity with outbound calling processes

• Speech clarity is mandatory (No MTI – Mother Tongue Influence issues like S-SH, V-VH, P-PH sound errors)

• No strong regional accent (RTI – Regional Touch Issues from Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha regions)

• Talkative and persuasive

• Able to speak at least 3–4 lines on any given topic

• Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 34 years

• Candidate must be medically fit (no major health or contagious conditions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling interested candidates (leads provided) and convincing them to attend free walk-in seminars

• Lead follow-up and conversion activities

Travel: Not Required
