Location: Chennai
Work Schedule: 10 AM - 7 PM | 1 Rotational Week Off (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to assist customers with matchmaking services

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans

• Explain features, convert leads into paid memberships, and achieve sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers

Requirements

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales (BPO, Customer Support, or Sales)
✅ Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed
✅ Languages Required

• Tamil

• Excellent English

✅ Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills
✅ Target-driven mindset with the ability to close sales
