Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of daily calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Lead Conversion: Engage and persuade prospects to purchase products or services.

• Follow-Ups: Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture and convert leads.

• Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling product presentations and handle objections effectively.

• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM software.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

• Customer Handling: Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Market Feedback: Gather insights from customers and report trends to the management.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum [12th Pass / Graduate in Any Field].

• Experience: [0-3 years] experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer skills
