The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, provide information about our products or services, and schedule appointments. This position requires a confident and articulate individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
1. Lead Generation and Outbound Calling:
o Make a high volume of outbound calls (50-100 calls daily) to potential customers.
o Introduce products/services and provide detailed information.
o Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
o Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
o Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.
o Effectively handle customer objections and close leads.
o Accurately record call details and customer information in the CRM system.
o Maintain organized records of calls and follow-up activities.
o Generate call reports as required.
o Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.
o Confirm appointments and provide necessary details to customers.
o Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
o Contribute to the overall sales team goals.
· 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
· Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (if applicable).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· English, Gujarati & Hindi Required.
