 Generating leads from multiple platforms.

 Enter and update customer information in the database

 Take and process orders in an accurate manner

 Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain

satisfied with company products and services.

 Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via

phone, email, social media, or chat applications

 Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered

 Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer

compliments and complaints.
