We are seeking an enthusiastic Banking Telesales (DO and DRM)to bring their Banking expertise to our team at •Teleperformance• in Mumbai, Ghansoli. This position involves managing outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them.

•Salary• :-

• Salary For DO's

  Fresher - 17500/- CTC

  1-2 Years - 19500/- CTC​

  Above 2 Years - 20500/- CTC

• Salary For DRM's

  Fresher - 19000/- CTC

  1-2 Years - 21000/- CTC​

  Above 2 Years - 22000/- CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Nature of job - Outbound calling to existing customers for the sales of loans, cards & insurance sales.

• Qualification - Graduate Fresher & Sales experience both can apply.

• Communication - Good English is must with any sales Loans/Cards/Insurance Knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream is a must.

• Good Communication skills with passion and zeal for sales.

• Candidates with Banking & Tele-sales experience are preferred.
