As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers over the phone. Your role will involve engaging with leads, understanding customer needs, providing information, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively present benefits and advantages to potential customers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads, track customer interactions, and update the CRM system with customer details, feedback, and progress.
Closing Sales: Persuade customers to make purchases by providing compelling information and handling objections.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments to improve services and offerings.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to supervisors or management.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet those needs.
Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating terms and closing sales.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills for using CRM software and handling calls.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve set targets and quotas.
Persistence: Self-motivated and resilient, with a determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Experience with CRM systems or telemarketing tools is a plus.
Ability to speak multiple languages can be a strong advantage.
