Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and skilled telecaller executive to join our company, who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to international clients for business development and lead generation.

·        Initiate cold calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.

·        Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.

·        Persuade and convert prospects into long-term clients.

·        Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions during calls.

Qualifications:

·        Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably with international clients.

·        Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

·        Proficiency in using CRM basic computer applications.
