Voice Process Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Voice Process Executive with expertise in the Personal Loan sector to join our team at Object It Solutions Private Limited in Bangalore, located at Infantry Road. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries regarding loan and credit card options.

• Effectively explain product benefits and features to help customers make informed decisions.

• Assess customer needs thoroughly and provide suitable recommendations.

• Guide customers through the documentation process and ensure accurate submission of required documents to the bank.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
