Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Salary: 18000 to 20000+ incentive
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Steward or senior steward (Waiter) or Captain with crossing step by step carrier path of F&B Service Department.
Qualification:- Good marks in 10th or 12th with 3 year Experience and Graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management

Responsible for: Responsible for keeping Restaurant Misa- scene and misa –pla ready for customer.
JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY = Overall In charge of a store, Restaurant, outlet.
1. Responsible for keeping the restaurant sitting area clean and ready to serve the customers.
2. Responsible for checking the kitchen inventory and keep a record.
3. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly purchasing as per the raw material requirement.
4. Responsible for billing and cash handling of customer.
5. Responsible for maintaining the vendor’s bills record.
6. Responsible for customer handling and team handling.
7. Responsible to maintain the food cost by minimizing the waste management.
8. Responsible to handle the customer complaints, if any and also responsible to maintain the food quality and food taste of outlet.
9. Responsible for Monthly Pest control , weekly deep cleaning and making duty roaster also for restaurant.
10. Responsible for Staff accommodation cleaning maintenance roaster also.
11. Responsible to show P&L Report every month with Target achievements .
The candidate should be able to speak Hindi and Good English.
The candidate should be able to represent his store as store in charge to management.
The candidate should maintain the transparency between his store employees, management and other External People
