- Recruit, train, and supervise field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure all field operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, , or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the Electric Vehicle, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
