Role Overview:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of hotel operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation, optimizing resources, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, and Maintenance.

• Manage staff schedules, training, and daily operations to ensure high service standards.

• Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and maintain strong guest satisfaction scores.

• Monitor daily revenue, budgets, and expenses; ensure cost control without compromising quality.

• Implement hotel policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Coordinate with travel agents, tour operators, and booking platforms to boost occupancy.

• Supervise inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.

• Report directly to the property owner or head office with regular updates on operations and performance.
