Job Title: Dispatch Executive

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the dispatch process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves handling logistics operations, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Order Processing & Dispatch Management:
Oversee and manage the dispatch of goods as per the delivery schedule.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of products.
Verify orders, invoices, and delivery notes before dispatch.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Logistics Coordination:
Arrange transportation and liaise with delivery partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
Ensure accurate documentation for all dispatches, including transport slips and delivery records.
Inventory Management:
Maintain dispatch records and update the inventory system.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.
Monitor stock levels to avoid delays in dispatch.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements for dispatch and transportation.
Generate and maintain reports related to dispatch schedules, delivery performance, and inventory movement.
Address any discrepancies in dispatch and report them to management.
Customer Service:
Respond to dispatch inquiries and provide delivery status updates.
Handle customer complaints related to dispatch and resolve them in a timely manner.
Education: Graduate in any field (preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related areas).
Experience: 2+ years in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software (ERP systems preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and dispatch processes.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple dispatches and prioritize work.
Problem-Solving: Resolve logistics and dispatch issues quickly.
Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records and handle dispatch operations systematically.
Work Hours: As per company policy (may require occasional overtime for urgent dispatches).
Location: Factory/Warehouse/Office-based work environment.
